Morning Sick and Nausea

 In early pregnancy, you thought you could slip through morning sickness. But now, these minor ailments of pregnancy you catch late in the day: you are prone to nausea evening. How to react ? Some tips to soothe your stomach.


Nausea ? This is THE sign!

When talking about pregnancy nausea, often by that we mean those little sore pregnancy morning, often spoil the alarm. For my part, I was half-saved (not grind your teeth ladies, each injustices pregnancy) because I knew rather later I was pregnant. Then very strangely when I knew little shrimp was in my belly, I began to feel very ill in the morning but also in the day, after a nap, in transportation ... The worst? My nausea when I was hungry! I could have killed a cow head on for a hamburger when I was very  end. -Yes I know I abused the McDo the first quarter, when I think yuck! -. In short it is certain that my reaction to nausea was quite bi-polar. On the one hand I cursed everyone in the morning, dragging of feet and muttering an "I Dunne what I have, I feel bad, like throwing up, but I do not vomit" and on the other hand I rejoiced, saying "ahhhh this is proof that I'm pregnant, look at my head on the toilet! ". Because yes, our imaginary Hollywood represents doped pregnancy as well. So as I did not have the right to drugs, and especially I would not venture to take, I took my troubles patiently, saying it fine from day one. And miracle, yes, indeed, past the third month of pregnancy, to the day, nothing! Wings nausea ... I found my joy joyful mornings strutting in front of my mirror, all playful watching my bidou become rounded.



Nausea evening: how appease?


Like the morning sickness, nausea evening can be alleviated by some simple daily reflexes.
  - Rethink your meals rather than three large meals in the day, be sure to split your daily food into small snacks, not forgetting (let alone for nausea evening) a good taste at 16 hours Your key foods:. foods rich in protein and vitamins B6, natural anti-nausea (turkey, chicken, potatoes baked - dining with skin -, bananas, canned chickpeas, hazelnuts ...)

- Do not be hungry Nausea in the evening can also be amplified by a stomach "missing small attention." Before going to bed, be sure to keep on your bedside table, some small food snack: crocoite’s, hazelnuts ...

- Pay attention to prohibited Banish your meals - snacks and, of course - all fried foods, spicy foods or acidic difficult to digest. Also know that most meals are lightweight (less fat), more nausea will be eased.

-. Go for the good drinks you probably know already, tea and coffee are rather not recommended during pregnancy. By cons, sparkling water (Type St. Yorre) or ginger teas are known for their anti-nausea properties. Indulge!

- It will not pass try other paths If the evening nausea play extra, do not hesitate to make a point with your gynecologist or midwife who will recommend appropriate treatment?. Be aware that the acupuncture during pregnancy has proven itself in vomiting. Some moms have also found a source of healing in the bracelets against the sickness drugstore.
